ZGC – Homeland Gallery Crnobori was founded on July 11th, 2011 by the Municipality of Medulin and the inhabitants of the settlement of Banjole where the Croatian painter Josip-Anton Ivanov Crnobori and the actress Marija Crnobori were born. ZGC Gallery consists of two units. One of them contains the permanent exhibition of reproductions of paintings and personal belongings of the artist Josip Crnobori and his cousin Marija Crnobori.

At the other part of the gallery there is a separate space where exhibitions are held continuously, mainly organized by the Association for the Promotion of Culture Arsa Nova and the head of the gallery, art historian Kristina Tamara Franić.
